This scheme allows eligible staff members to register up to three pets, which will then receive 50% off the cremation cost when the time comes. It’s our way of recognising the dedication and compassion you give, by ensuring your own pets – or those you care for – are treated with the same level of dignity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Any staff member working at a veterinary clinic that has a partnership with Dignity Pet Crematorium can join the scheme.
You can register up to three pets at any one time.
No. You can register pets that belong to family, friends, or rescue animals you’re fostering—as long as you’re the one managing the registration.
Pets must be registered at least one month before they require our services. The discount won’t apply retroactively.
Registered pets receive 50% off the cremation cost only. All other services and products (like urns, paw prints, or collection fees) are charged at our standard rates.
Simply complete the online form using your work email address. You can find the link to the form below or via our vet portal.
When the time comes, let us know the pet is registered under the scheme. We’ll ask for:

The NCR number you received at registration

If you move to another Dignity-partnered clinic, you can keep your account—just let us know your new work email.

If you leave the Dignity network altogether, your account and pet registrations will be deactivated.
Yes, you can add a pet if one passes away or if circumstances change. You can update your registrations once per calendar quarter, and new pets must still be registered a month in advance of needing our services.
