We're here when the time comes
Making end of life decisions can be difficult and it might be helpful to think your pets final journey through before it happens. We can also help you decide on your final wishes for your pet. Such as choosing whether to have a paw print, a fur clipping, making a choice of urn, casket or scatter tube.
How it works
The cost of our service can be paid in advance of you needing us. You can choose to pay by fixed monthly instalments, enabling you to spread the cost over time prior to your pet’s cremation.
You can then either pay the total amount in one payment or set up a Standing Order to spread the cost over time. If you change your mind then we will refund you all your money minus a small administration fee. There is a minimum payment of £10 per plan due to bank charges; however, you can choose to pay this weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your circumstances.
You can set up a plan by either completing a standing order form (we can send this to you to complete and return to your bank) or by setting up payments via internet banking.
If you have more than one pet you could set up one plan for all of your pets and pay an on-going amount regularly (up to an agreed maximum that you can choose). Then, as and when you need our service, we can take the amount due from the total paid into your plan. Alternatively, we can set up a separate plan for each of your pets.
We also accept PayPal Pay in 3 as a way to pay.
