For Pet Owners
If you need a home collection or to bring your pet into our care on Bank Holiday Monday, please call our out-of-hours number on 07917 665098 between 9am and 12pm. We will arrange a suitable time with you.
A £45 out-of-hours surcharge applies for our Bank Holiday Service, in addition to the usual cremation fees.
Once your pet is safely in our care, we will contact you on the next working day to gently talk through the cremation options and next steps.
For Veterinary Practices
If your veterinary practice is providing out-of-hours cover over Bank Holiday, our usual out-of-hours collection service will be available.
There is no additional Bank Holiday or out-of-hours charge for collections from your practice. Your clients will simply pay the normal collection fee.
If your need a collection on Bank Holiday Monday:
Submit your collection request through the Vet Portal as usual, before 9am
For a same-day Bank Holiday collection, please call us on 07917 665098 between 9am and 12pm
We will do our best to accommodate all Monday requests. Any collections we cannot complete will be made on Tuesday.
