For Pet Owners
If you wish to bring your pet into our care in a bank holiday, please call our out-of-hours number on 07917 665098 between 9am and 10am. This allows us to arrange a specific time for you to come to Dignity, ensuring your visit is calm and supported.
If you require our emergency bring-in service, an out-of-hours surcharge of £45 will apply, in addition to the standard cremation fees. Once your pet is safely in our care, we will contract you on the next working day to gently talk through the cremation options and next steps, at a pace that feels right for you.
For Veterinary Practices
For practices providing out-of-hours cover over Easter, we will be offering our usual out-of-hours collection service.
For out-of-hours collections involving a large pet or multiple pets, there will be no additional charge beyond the normal collection fee, either to your practice or to your clients.
If your require an OOH Collection, please submit a form as usual. If your practice is closed over the bank holidays, please state whether this is the case within the form. If you need to get hold of a Dignity Team member during the day, please send an email to our vetsupport@dignitypetcrem.co.uk or call the out-of-hours number on 07917 665098 between 9am – 10am.
