Our Home Visit Vet directory
Our directory connects you with caring professionals dedicated to making those final moments as calm and stress-free as possible for you and your much-loved pet.
Our directory includes home visit vets who meet our listing criteria and share our values around compassionate end-of-life care. All are fully registered veterinary practitioners with the RCVS, with at least two years’ experience. We also look for transparency around hours, pricing, and methods, and for practices that respect consent and after-death care.
You can use our directory to find a service, discuss your wishes, and choose the right fit for your needs.
The process

Lambert Animal Care
We have worked closely with Fred Lambert of Lambert Animal Care for many years, building a trusted partnership centred around compassionate end-of-life care. Together, we support families who wish to say goodbye in a calm, familiar setting, whether that’s at home or in The Meadow Room, which Fred helped us thoughtfully develop.
Lambert Animal Care is an independent, family-owned practice founded by veterinarian Fred Lambert. With over 30 years of experience in private practice, including the successful establishment of two veterinary surgeries, Fred brings deep clinical expertise alongside genuine compassion for the families he supports.
After decades as a veterinary surgeon, Fred remains deeply committed to helping pets pass peacefully and with dignity. Recognising how difficult it can be to arrange home euthanasia through busy veterinary practices, he created Lambert Animal Care to ensure this gentle option remains available. His calm presence and understanding approach help families focus on what matters most, a quiet, loving goodbye, at a pace that feels right for them.

Forget Me Not Petcare
We also work alongside Forget-Me-Not Petcare, founded by veterinary surgeon Nancy Montoya, to offer home euthanasia services to pet owners.
Forget-Me-Not Petcare is an independent veterinary practice based in Fleet, Hampsire. Nancy found the need for an essential service to provide compassionate home euthanasia for beloved pets 24/7, including outside of regular business hours. Bringing a wealth of experience, having spent three years in general practice followed by four years working as an emergency out-of-hours veterinarian in Surrey, Nancy is offering a great amount of help to the local service.
For Nancy, the utmost priority is ensuring pets can pass away peacefully in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by loved ones.
