Perfect Service – Testimonial by Liz Hales
Book your visit“Having used Lambert Animal Care for my dog, Fred Lambert also took Misty to Dignity for me as I was too distressed to go myself. They were amazing and phoned me back when I could speak to them without crying too much. Nothing was too much trouble and they talked me through the process. I felt at peace knowing she was treated with great care and cremated with someone present.”

Roger Holden Veterinary Services
We are proud to work closely with Roger Holden, an experienced veterinary surgeon who supports families in our Meadow Room and through his dedicated home euthanasia service.
Having moved to Farnham in 2005, Roger became a familiar and trusted presence in the local veterinary community. He was a partner at Vets4Pets Farnham for many years before stepping away from the practice in 2025 to focus on providing gentle, unrushed end-of-life care.
Roger strongly believes that euthanasia should be as peaceful and calm as possible. His approach is quiet, compassionate and centred on the wellbeing of both pet and family — creating space for a dignified goodbye, whether at home or within the comfort of our Meadow Room.
Using your own vet
Alternatively, you can ask your own vet to provide a euthanasia service in The Meadow Room – they will need to speak to us and book an appointment in The Meadow Room for you in advance. They can contact us here.

Choosing where your pet's euthanasia takes place
There are different options available for where your pet’s euthanasia can take place. Some families choose an appointment with us in the Meadow Room at Dignity, while others arrange a home euthanasia visit. The information below explains what each option includes, so you can understand how they differ and decide what is right for you.
