Vets interested in offering our service

Dignity’s multi award winning service is completely different to that of weekly companies.  Offering our service as a more personal alternative is a reflection on how much you care about giving your clients the choice of having the very best after death care for their pet.  You can be extremely proud of every part of our service and will have nothing to hide when answering questions from pet owners.  In reading the independent client reviews we hope you will see the benefit of offering a more respectful choice.appccc-header

We are independently inspected and fully compliant with Consumer Protection laws.  Our service is also Trading Standards Approved. Please visit the website of the Association of Private Pet Cemeteries & Crematoria for further information regarding the selling of cremation services.

We look after each client for you from start to finish.  Our service is responsive meaning we will collect pets from your practice either the same or next day as standard.  We also have an out of hours collection service on Sundays and Bank Holidays meaning you will never be let down.  Owners receive a courtesy call once their pet is in our care and again when their ashes have been returned.  Clients can choose to bring their pet to us for a Same Day or Attended Service or choose to have a Home Collection instead.  You don’t have to worry about the finances as they are kept separate from your fees and are dealt with between ourselves and the clients directly.

Most importantly our reputation for excellence precedes us giving you complete peace of mind that the service you are offering clients is one that can be trusted 100%.  Many veterinary professionals choose our service for their own pets as a result.

We recommend that you come and visit us to fully appreciate the benefits of using Dignity. Please contact Kevin on 01252 844572 or via kevin.spurgeon@dignitypetcrem.co.uk for more information.

Please remember that we are not a nationwide disposal company and so we have a more limited area of coverage. In addition to this we only carry out Individual Cremations and so cannot carry out any disposal work for you. Vets that use us as a specialist service for their individual cremations also use the normal weekly disposal company for their mass cremations and clinical waste.

PLEASE NOTE: Vets that offer cremation services must fully explain the service being offered in order to enable clients to make an informed decision, to comply with the Consumer Protection Regulations and to avoid the miss selling of a cremation service. The way pets are stored, handled and cremated by weekly disposal companies is normally very different to the way we look after them – be proud of the service you offer.
