Immediate Cremation Service™: Your pet is prioritised and will be cremated immediately. If you wish you can stay in the local area whilst your pet’s individual cremation takes place and can return to collect their ashes later the same day (normally within 2 to 3 hours).
There is an additional charge for this service.
Attended Cremation Services: For added peace of mind you can be present as your pet is gently placed into the chamber. This operates in combination with our Immediate Cremation Service and carries an extra charge.
Same Day Cremation Service™: Your pet will be prioritised, ensuring that you can have their ashes back within 24 hours. You must request this service in advance or when we make the courtesy call to you. There is an additional charge for this service.
Same Day Cremation Services are not normally available from 3pm onwards Mon – Fri or from 11am on Saturdays. These services do not operate on Sundays / Bank Holidays. Please contact us for further details.
