If you would like a quotation for our individual pet cremation service then including some or all of the following information will help us to provide you with a comprehensive reply:
• Your name and contact telephone number
• Your pet’s name & breed
• Preferred pet casket option (if known)
• Whether you'd like to have our Same Day cremation service or attended cremation service.
If you would like to include a quotation for us to collect your pet then please provide:
• Your home address or your vet's address including post code
Letter of Wishes
If you have decided that you would like us to look after your pet’s individual cremation then you can download and complete a Letter of Wishes. This can be given to your vet or a friend/relative to ensure that they contact us when the time comes. Click here for more information.
