Certificate of Authenticity: For owners wishing to take their pet’s ashes overseas we are able to provide a certificate of authenticity for you to give to customs officials if required.
There is a small cover charge for this service.
Insurance letter: Some pet insurance policies allow you to claim back some of the costs of our service. For a small fee we can provide you with a letter to your insurer upon request.
Pre Payment Plan: The cost of our service can be paid in advance of you needing us. A plan can be set up for a specific pet or ongoing payments can be made to build up funds for several family pets. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will confirm the price of the Service that is chosen by you. You can then either pay the total amount in one payment or set up a Standing Order to spread the cost over time. If you change your mind then we will refund you all your money minus a small administration fee.
